The Forgotten Side

A Journey from Solar to Lunar

We live in a world tilted to the right.
Not politically—energetically.
The right side of the body is the solar side:
Action. Drive. Achievement. Control.
It is the domain of the mind,
of logic, ambition, execution.
It is the side that does.
The left side of the body is the lunar side:
Feeling. Rest. Receptivity. Stillness.
It is the domain of the heart,
of intuition, softness, surrender.
It is the side that is.

But look around--
the solar has taken over.
We are taught to push, hustle, dominate.
To conquer time. To fight gravity. To win.
We build schedules, set goals,
track progress, chase futures, and outrun the present.
In this chase, the lunar is forgotten.
The left side becomes dim,
weak, abandoned—like a moon never seen.
Our bodies reflect this imbalance.
  • Tension accumulates in the right shoulder.
  • The right hip grips.
  • The breath rises.
  • The jaw locks.
  • The eyes strain.
  • The spine leans—subtly—toward the solar path.
We are burning ourselves alive in the fire of doing.

**Tension is the Language of the Mind.Relaxation is the Language of the Heart.**
And today—most people have forgotten the heart's language.
They do not know how to relax.
Not deeply.
Not willingly.
Not without guilt.
To relax feels like a sin in a solar world.
But this is why we are exhausted.
Because we are compensating with force
what could be healed through flow.

We Must Return to the MoonTo the left side.
To the feminine within.
To stillness that restores rather than depletes.
To breath that softens rather than fuels anxiety.
To movement that listens rather than dominates.
We need to reawaken the left side of the body
to reawaken the right hemisphere of the brain
to reawaken the lost half of our soul.

**Solar and Lunar were never meant to fight.They were meant to dance.**
To alternate like day and night.
To balance like inhale and exhale.
To complement, not to cancel.
And this is the work:
To shift from compensation to completion.
To shift from tension to trust.
To shift from achievement to alignment.

So stand todayFeel your left side—really feel it.
Breathe into it.
Move through it.
Let it speak again.
It has waited so long for you to return.
Not to stop achieving--
but to stop losing yourself in the process.
Let the moon rise again inside your body.
