What is Health?

Most people talk about health, but few define it.

Health is not a vitamin.
Health is not appearance.
Health is not intensity.
Health is the condition of your physical system.

It is how your body functions under gravity—every day.
Health is reflected in:
posture and alignment
muscle tone (not too tight, not too loose)
breathing quality
compensations and weak links
how efficiently you move and recover

If we remove the physical body from the definition, “health” becomes a vague idea.
With structure, health becomes measurable and trainable.
