How to Move Through the Program
KURMA LIFE is not something you complete.
It is something you enter.

This map exists so you don’t try to do too much,
and don’t miss what matters.

🐢 Start SmallThree minutes a day is enough.
If you show up daily, your body will meet you halfway.
Consistency matters more than intensity.

🧭 Follow the Four Directions
Each day, you may touch one or more:
  • Daily Essentials – basic movement and tone
  • Body Maintenance – care where the body asks
  • In Every Way of Being – posture in real life
  • Self-Regulation – returning to neutral
There is no correct order.
Your body decides.

📓 Write It Down
The journal is the core of the program.
Each day, notice:
  • how long you practiced
  • what you felt
  • where awareness appeared in life
Short notes are enough.
Honesty is everything.

🎮 Levels Are Based on Time
There are no ranks, no titles, no pressure.
  • 3 minutes → agreement
  • 7–10 minutes → relationship
  • 15+ minutes → embodiment
You choose the level each day.

🌊 Let the Program Breathe
You don’t need to consume everything.
Practices will grow over time.
Return when needed.
Listen more than you push.
