KURMA RESET — 2-Minute Body Reset Use this anytime you feel tight, low, or overwhelmed. Setup (create a comfortable position) Lie in a supported, slightly open position: Your chest is gently elevated Your head and neck are fully supported Your shoulders can drop and relax Arms rest to the sides, palms facing up Knees can be bent or in a butterfly position (feet together, knees apart) 👉 You can use a roller, blocks, or a blanket—the goal is simple: your body feels supported, open, and effortless Reset (follow this order) 1. Arrive (20–30 sec) Do nothing Feel where your body touches the support and the ground Notice where there is tension or holding 2. Soften (30–40 sec) Let the body begin to melt into the support Soften the jaw, shoulders, belly, and hips Allow joints and muscles to loosen No effort 3. Breathe (40–60 sec) Let the breath happen naturally Feel the abdomen gently rising and falling Let the breath spread into the chest and ribs Don’t control it 4. Settle (30–40 sec) Stay still Let the body find a natural, balanced state No forcing, no correcting Let everything become quieter Important Don’t try to fix or stretch anything The goal is to reset, not to perform Less effort = deeper result After Slowly come up Notice any small change: more space, ease, or calm
