Kurma Life, inspired by the Sanskrit word for “turtle,” symbolizes longevity and resilience. Our program introduces a transformative approach to body awareness and self-care, seamlessly integrating holistic practices into your daily life.
In today’s fast-paced world, the importance of slowing down cannot be overstated. As we age, we often experience a decline in sensitivity, increased irritability, and heightened reactivity. These changes are frequently linked to deteriorating posture; as our alignment falters, the relentless force of gravity exacerbates physical strain, leading to discomfort and diminished well-being. Without corrective measures, restoring sensitivity and achieving optimal health becomes challenging.
Poor posture doesn’t just affect our physical appearance; it compresses internal organs, impairs functionality, and disrupts physiological processes. For instance, slouching can compress abdominal organs, hindering digestion and leading to issues like acid reflux and constipation. Moreover, misalignment can impede circulation and respiratory efficiency, further diminishing vitality. Additionally, improper posture propels us into a state of constant rush, as the body’s misalignment triggers stress responses that keep us perpetually hurried. Conversely, maintaining correct posture fosters presence and mindfulness, naturally decelerating our pace and enhancing our engagement with the present moment.
Kurma Life focuses on enhancing posture, biomechanics, coordination, and movement, laying the foundation for comprehensive health—physical, emotional, and mental. Unlike traditional fitness routines confined to gyms or studios, our program empowers you to incorporate self-healing techniques into everyday activities, whether you’re in the kitchen, bedroom, grocery store, or car.
This integration transforms the 90% of your life spent outside conventional workout spaces, freeing up energy and enabling you to experience life more fully. Central to Kurma Life is the principle of balance—discovering and maintaining your center through a strong, dynamic spine.
In an era overwhelmed with information vying for our attention, Kurma Life guides you to turn your focus inward, cultivating inner awareness and resilience. By prioritizing functionality, muscle tone, and mindful movement, you unlock your body’s potential, leading to a life of vitality, balance, and profound well-being.
Join us to unlock your body’s potential and embrace a life of vitality and equilibrium.

THE FOUNDER OF KURMALIFE, OLEG FLOW
Posture and Pain-Free Living Expert
Oleg Flow is a yoga educator, movement specialist, and creator of Kurma Life, a holistic program that integrates yoga, pilates, martial arts, physiotherapy, and other disciplines to restore balance and functionality in the body. Born in Ukraine, Oleg Flow was introduced to yoga at a young age by his mother, who taught it despite its obscurity in the-Soviet era. A lifelong athlete, he trained in swimming, soccer, judo—competing internationally for Ukraine—and taekwondo before discovering the deeper aspects of yoga through philosophy and meditation. In 1992, he began practicing under Kali Ray (KaliJi), founder of TriYoga International, and soon started teaching. Over the years, Oleg Flow has traveled the world, teaching at festivals, retreats, and conferences across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has also been featured on major television networks, including Ukraine’s leading national channels and Chinese TV, sharing his expertise in movement and wellness with a wider audience. After moving to the U.S. in 2007, he spent a decade as the lead exercise instructor at a rehab clinic, developing specialized yoga programs for people in recovery. With Kurma Life—named after the Sanskrit word for “turtle,” symbolizing the importance of slowing down—Oleg Flow focuses on reprogramming movement patterns and integrating mindful, functional training into daily life. His approach emphasizes working with the body's natural mechanics and blending the best elements from various physical disciplines. Additionally, he developed the Handstand Clinic, a method that prioritizes upper-body function over performing a handstand for its own sake. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Oleg Flow continues to inspire others through workshops, retreats, and personalized programs designed to cultivate longevity, strength, and inner balance.
