Posture and Pain-Free Living Expert
Oleg Flow has dedicated over 30 years to the practice and teaching of yoga, beginning his journey as a child under the guidance of his mother. An accomplished athlete, he has competed internationally in swimming, judo, and taekwondo.
Oleg earned his first yoga certification from the Yoga Federation of the USSR and has been a certified instructor with TriYoga International since 1993. His teaching has taken him across the globe, leading classes and workshops at international yoga conferences in countries such as Spain, Israel, China, Austria, Italy, Great Britain, Turkey, Egypt, Ukraine, and Russia.
For more than a decade, Oleg served as the lead exercise instructor at the Malibu Beach Recovery Center, specializing in addiction recovery. He developed an effective program that combines simple yoga-based breathing exercises to address addiction, depression, and anxiety.
As the founder of the Kurmalife Program (body reprogramming/reconditioning), Oleg is committed to helping individuals of all ages and physical abilities live pain-free and achieve their optimal well-being.
